Is there a joining fee?
Nope, not at all.
Can I change my membership to another one if I am on a 12 month term contract?
Yes you can change between the memberships at any time without penalty.
Can I cancel my membership?
Of course you can, those on the 12 months term contract will have a cancellation fee of 50% of their total twelve months fee. Those on Open term membership will pay fees until cancellation date with minimum 2 weeks notice.
How are the payments made?
There are options for weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly. The payments will be direct debited through a 3rd party program called “Gocardless” that Project Physique utilises and first payment gets drawn out at least 2 days after you submit the debit form.
How are the appointments spaced out?
There is no rule to this, you can have all your appointments in one week if you wanted and if there's availability. Just so long as you use your allocated number of treatments within a calendar month.
What happens if I miss my appointments?
If members are a no show, if they do not give at least 24 hours’ notice of unable to attend their appointment, then that appointment will be considered a used appointment and Project Physique are not required to reschedule that appointment. We understand life happens sometimes so this is at the discretion of the team with this term and condition.
What if I can't get appointment times I want?
Membership does not guarantee appointment availability to suit and Project Physique is not liable if you don't organise your appointment times in advance.
