Upon arrival, our registered nurse will conduct a thorough evaluation, taking into account your medical history, current health status, and any specific concerns or preferences you may have. This personalized approach allows us to create a customized IV infusion plan that aligns with your unique requirements. The whole assessment may not be necessary if you have been referred to by a doctor.
Following the assessment, we can make an appointment for your treatment to suit or be guided to our comfortable and serene infusion area, where you can relax and unwind while receiving your personalized IV therapy. The nurse will insert a cannula into your vein and start the IV bag containing saline mixed with your therapy of choice. Throughout the infusion process, our dedicated team will be on hand to monitor your progress and address any questions or concerns you may have, ensuring your comfort and safety at every step.

Please bring with you a book, headphones, mobile phone or tablet as there will be free WIFI and you are more than welcome to catch up on your shows on your own device with headphones
Most infusions will take between 45 - 60 mins but you should allow about 1 hour 15 mins. NAD infusions take between 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Comprehensive assessment appointments may take up to 45mins. If you have a referral from a doctor, the assessment may only take 20 mins.
